Finally have my barbell, bumpers, dbells, ski erg and rower. they are all in my bedroom which is not ideal but making it work! Workout in Living room. careful not to drop and annoy apartment below. Good Times.

Nimblewill Gap to Springer Mountain start of AT.
w Ali’s dog Otis. 2hr drive last 10 miles 4WD road climb.

Easy hike for a mile then noticed blood pouring out of his ass.

Was planning on a good 2++ hours on the trail for first time since August w Denner! finally had some time for myself

Ruptured anal gland. immediately walked back to car and made the 2hr drive back to atlanta and Vet visit.

cold symptoms same as last Monday! crazy. sore throat came back. tired. rest more, drink more water, stricter w food. 5
hr driving day not a big help.

bbell bench also just light volume, careful w bbell 95-135x10-10, 155x10-10-10-10 shoulder ok

bbell shoulder press 45x10-10, 65x10, 75x10. no pain, joint stable, head of humerus stayed in for once.

golfer elbow tendonitis almost goes away when warmed up. tight and painful otherwise
