got first shot yesterday. 4+hr round trip to get it near Nashville.
sore delt but feeling ok.
R shoulder still dodgy. and prob too early to test R wuad strain.

who’d thunk the surgery knee would be the strongest link?!

added 20g collagen, tbsp butter, tbsp MCT to coffee at 10:30 first time w calories before noon in a while

funny I don’t even think about the left knee recovery these days. used to it

main 5x 135-155-165-175- then on 3rd rep
186 (felt cramp or tear at lateral quad above knee!) stopped. bailed

before the random injury knee was fine while walking, squatting but clicks any other time I bend, right next to transplant site.
