NYC Marathon. Disappointing, but somewhat expected taking in account my recent slow tune-up race - SI 1/2 marathon (~3 min. slower than last year). I gave up at 20 miles when I already knew that I will not brake my last year time. It looks like my last two months of crappy training showed up. I tried to keep my HR ~5 bits/minute lower than last year on the first 1/2 to avoid cramps that srewed my last year race. However, my 1/2 marathon time this year didn't look promising and I decided to pick up pace, but couldn't hold it for long and slowed down. Well, the old dog is aging...
