run with dad down the old railway line but had to shorten it due to storm this morning. Had large lunch at culzean at some horse event my dad was sponsering also drank a load of powerade before my run which had a bad effect on my stomach

Technical
Strengths: Reads features and contours well. Looks around him. Good route choices and usually solid attack points

Weaknesses:seemed to approach every race in the same way. Din't show as well in the shorter sprint races

How to improve:more experience in this type of racing


Physical
Strengths: Strong through terrain

Weaknesses:a little one paced. ran the sprint race as if it was a classic

How to Improve:He's definetly doing enough training at present but needs to keep a diary of what he does


Mental
Strengths: strong through terrain strong and smooth through forest

Weaknesses:spint races not as good

How to improve:more expereince in this type of racing
