GLENTRESS DUATHLON
mega race at glentresas forest 11km mtb on steep grassy greasy slippery tracks, they were very technical to ride down and almost impossible to ride up
after this a 7.5 km hill race in which i pulled back many places after coming in 68th after the mountain bike.
my time for the run put me in 31 place counting that only
probably the second most beastly race ever
but i was fist out of 2 juniors and won loads of prizes, my dad came third in old mens section and won loads of bevvy

TOM RYAN where were you.....MARK MCLOEOEAD you live down the road and didnt go you wimp

next race winner of the juniors gets an ipod nano the new kind (i can't go)

night event at pollock park in glasgow
mass start with gaffles
really fun had an amazing run
beat the nopesport guy Ed

shoes: nike pegasus
intervals at shavin brae
only did six out of 8 because still recovering from my cold
