Sunday Jan 20

orienteering race 1:00:00 [4] 6.5 mi (9:13 / mi)
shoes: VJ Falcons
STAG score event
but it was an odd even score which made it extremely difficult and i didn't get all of the controls because you had to start on an odd and by mistake i punched two odd controls consecutively so dad beat me again :-(
still a nice day and a nice run

Saturday Jan 19

running long 1:50:00 [3] 12.0 mi (9:10 / mi)
shoes: Nike air trail pegasus+
New route along the river ayr walk
turned out a lot longer than suspected due to a lack of a bridge
the fields were also very muddy and greasy
very tired as haven't run quite that far for a while
good to test out new shoes, no blisters
dad stood on a nail which went through the sole of his shoe but only, luckily, just broke the skin
still, a nice run, cool breeze if not a bit long
