if anything, a worse run than yesterday. didn't realise that a guy, (from the team that eventually beat us) set off six seconds behind me. If i had known this i might have done slightly better. Still, my run was full of mistakes again and i was even more tired. If it wasn't for me doing so crap our team would have won. | ||

| pretty bad run

also practicing for a steeple chase race this was fun but then i realised that i was in the under 20 men catagory for the race that we were practicing for. hopefully there is an orienteering race that might clash with it! | ||
