JHI relays
after being ahead overnight scotland blew it on the relays
had an ok run
sprint finish with an irish guy
he was about to catch me but then i cut him off just before the line!

JHI individual
not that pleased with run, made little mistakes at most controls and one stupid route choice error from 3-4
got an alright position
really technical, great event

pushed quite hard as we got a long recovery: 2mins

wee core session
was unsure how to structure
tried plank, right side plank and left side plank each for 50 secs
then a toe raise for a weekling 10 seconds
then repeated once
quite basic but i will see if i can slowly build it up over the winter
