had an ok run
sprint finish with an irish guy
he was about to catch me but then i cut him off just before the line! |

tried plank, right side plank and left side plank each for 50 secs
then a toe raise for a weekling 10 seconds
then repeated once
quite basic but i will see if i can slowly build it up over the winter |
