Oslo regional relay champs. 1st leg. Ran well but had a horrendously long gaffle at the start. Spent rest of race trying to chase down leaders. Managed it almost one guy got away. Orienteering quite well. Feeling OK physically, better than yesterday.

Pretty tired, but yesterday was the first time I have run a 2h+ orienteering race without getting cramp. I had good preparation and drank a lot during the race, will try to repeat in the future.
