Stuffed no 1
Gave myself a good talking to.
Deliberately used different techniques (where I could) for the following 6 controls, to good effect generally.
Relaxed (Stupidly)
Stuffed 7,8, and especially 9.
Pulled it together again.
Steady pace to finish (only v minor wobbles here and there)

Enjoyed the run, but some sections in particular at 'full flight' on a rough bearing through the bush felt great!
Ankles not the happiest afterwards. Need to get back to wobble exercises for ankle strength / balance etc

Probably should have given in and hit a shop for a sugar hit.

Strength / Core (Pilates Reformer) 50:00 intensity: (5:00 @1) + (5:00 @2) + (20:00 @3) + (15:00 @4) + (5:00 @5)

Busier class again.
Jess gave lots of suggestions about making exercises harder, and I took all bar one. Some exercises made harder by laughing. Almost in hysterics when she said everyone had to keep doing push-ups "until Martin gets tired" (no chance, even with laughter).
Also did 5 mins with TRX before class (2 x hamstring draw, 1x chest press)

Note

long day of back to back tutoring (no lunch break, nor caffiene hit) so a bit zapped by hometime.

Had a plan to do some strengthwork, but didnt build enough enthusiasm.
