Flexibility 20:00 [1]
(sick)

Foam roller, spiky ball, thumbs into TFL etc

NOTE:
Operating capacity up to about 60% today.
Clogged chest annoying, but clogged brain still utterly frustrating!
Concoction of hot herbal / spicy tea type drink seems to be helping a little.

Orienteering 1:40:02 intensity: (7:01 @1) + (46:28 @2) + (33:04 @3) + (13:29 @4) 8.39 km (11:55 / km)
ahr:114 max:156 shoes: Inov8 Bare Grip 200

Waking farther away SI units for State League 4 @ Balikera
Very big proportion of time spent walking rather than running (and forgot stop watch at the end)

Not feeling very good at all.
Had to get up about ten times during the night ... coming down with something! (Wife has been sick for about 10 days, so possibly that).
Knee not too happy on any stride where knee alignment went slightly off.
1 PM

Orienteering 30:00 [3]
shoes: Inov8 Bare Grip 200

Nominal record of time spent on foot for control collecting.
Drove the car along main tracks at S end of the area, then covered small groups of controls (and water bottles etc) on foot.

Other warm up/down (Row) 5:00 [3]

Strength / Core 50:00 intensity: (5:00 @2) + (15:00 @3) + (30:00 @4)
shoes: Vibram 'Bikila'

Most in circuits of 3/4 exercises:
SL Squats : Emphasis on maintaining 'hitched' hip really got a burn into glute med - No knee ache, Yay!

TRX - Push ups and Reclining Wide Row

Kettle Swings : Thinking I should switch from squat type swing to more hip dominant version.

Wobble: Board (easier) and Bosu (harder) - Comfortably did some 'aeroplane' and 'half-moon' holds towards end of final set.

Swiss Ball : Lower Half Russian twists + Reverse Curls + Hamstring Draws

Fondas: No longer a real challenge on R (injured side), but getting a good burn on Left still. This is evidence of my emphasis on R in attempt to re-strengthen.

Flexibility 10:00 [1]

Glutes, Hip Flexors, Quads, TFL, Sides.
Foam roller ITB + Quads
Funky new roller not seen since the first time I used it :-(
Aware that L ankle still a bit restricted.

Note: Weighed myself since the one at home is about to give up the ghost: 66.03kg (normal clothes after showering)

Note

Planned evening gym session but had to go on nurse duty when wife arrived home sick.
10 PM

Flexibility 15:00 [1]

Whilst watching start of season 5 GOT = Immersed in the drama so might have actually stretched longer than my estimate.
