Pretty area but not liked by my R knee!!!!
Predictable or fairly level terrain was fine (in fact almost felt like i could run at times) but anything tussocky or sharp uphill usually resulted in loud expletives!
Nav / time errors correlating very strongly with pain experience.

Knee issue just needs to be sorted.
As a positive - no grief from knee whatsoever during the rest of the day.

Pentland loop from Swanson
Quads and Glutes worked to the limit on the climb towards capelaw (before cutting planned loop a bit shorter when i realised it was getting darker quicker than anticipated)

Pre-conference run around Brighton, including an attempt to run along that pebble beach. Weird to hear the changing pitch of footstep sounds over areas with different sized pebbles.
