Trotter Training - Hill reps in the Time Tunnell (Innocent Railway)

3 sets: 30-60-90-120secs with jog back
Uphill for 1st and 3rd. Downhill for 2nd.
Got a stitch on the longer downhill reps (been a while since I'd gone that fast).
GPS trace obviously nothing near accurate for most of the tunnel part.
