Was meant to be a 20km run from simons to sturling and along pole road but a lack of sleep due to Switchfoot concert last night took its toll and had to turn back. :(
First really hot day for a while... so spent the rest of the day browsing IKEA...!

Friday Sep 7

Went for run in Magarey Orchard, Frank Smith, then UP fire track that seemed to be endless, back DOWN firetrack, acklands hill road, main road, home

Thursday Sep 6

Running intervals 17:00 [5] 4 km (4:15 / km)
4x1km intervals on uni loop track.
Aiming for 4:10-4:20 but did 4.06, 4.11, 4.14, 4.19 approx

1:30-45 in between intervals

legs like lead after yesterday so took the course as a gentle stroll...definately not competitive today!!!

Wow what an epic run! I think that would have to come under my longest run to date and being 17 i think it was a pretty good effort! Ran from Bridgewater oval, through Mylor and Jupiter Creek to a hut in Kytpo Forest (very specific?) Went with Simon, Lachlan, Suzanne, Jenny and Vanessa so good fun. Wasnt up with the boys pace but Vanessa and I spurred each other along :)

All worth it in the end...even if there were no good bakeries in Stirling!
