Running 39:00 [3] 6.4 km (6:06 / km)
Cruisy loop across motorway bridges and along Derryneskan road which basically means having to dive into the hedges on the side of the road to avoid beign hit by vehicles cos it's so narrow.

Friday Jul 4

Running 50:00 [3]
2 x 4. 5km loops with 2 x 1km intervals (one in each lap)

Thursday Jul 3

Running 1:29:45 [3]
First run in Ireland!!

Was a great run around the fields. Went to a nearby town and then followed some narrow (and scary) country roads round. Was a little awkward as i was wearing my gran's trainers as mine are in missing baggage that still hasn't been found by airport staff...getting a little irritating!
