Sunday Jan 6

orienteering (Belangalo) 1:20:00 [3] 7.6 km (10:32 / km)
(injured)
Had to walk a lot of this due to injury but felt like i could have kept going. The distance was not a challenge as we have been doing a lot of long stuff lately but it was frustrating with my leg not being able to go at a decent speed!!
Got lost on number 2 and 12 but otherwise navigation was a lot more confident and sound. Just pitty i coudn't run it as i would have loved to!
n.b. distance is as the crow flies so pretty inaccurate

Friday Jan 4

orienteering (sprint- Maquarie uni) 17:00 [5]
(injured)
Finished just behind Rachel and Krystal. Leg was slightly better running on roads as opposed to terrain. Really enjoy sprints!
(shall have to look up exact time and distance as can't remember!!!)
orienteering 17:23 [3] 2.8 km (6:13 / km)
(injured)
relay exercise

Thursday Jan 3

orienteering (Bob's Farm) 1:05:00 [3]
(injured)
navigation exercise with partner...just walking. It was very technical but enjoyable and i learnt a lot about reading subtle contours in sand dunes.

Wednesday Jan 2

time trial (3km) 16:00 [5]
(injured)
this was terrible as limping a lot. About 3-4mins slower than pb!
illinois agility test 18 [3]
(injured)
beep test 10:00 [5]
(injured)
got to 8.6 but couldn't keep going because the turning really hurt my leg. wasn't really puffed at all which isn't surprising as have got up to 12.1 before

Tuesday Jan 1

Note
(rest day)

Monday Dec 31

orienteering race 1:00:00 [3]
(injured)
pulled my abductor...so much pain! Didn't complete course so a bad end to the 5 days. Oh well there will be no more spider webs.
