ride from unley park station to rostrevor then rostrevor to adelaide station to catch train home
really enjoyed it although glad of the downhill on the way to adelaide. didn't feel as hot as i imaged and kept a good constant speed.

sprint course from Elder Park with arrows all starting in two minute intervals

usual loop - linear trail, Mc Namara, Murray's Hill Rd

ran up Black's road to touch top of sign, back down along hills where i bumped into an unexpected horse, made a dash for a fence and continued on Mc Namara loop
temperature was really good as started run at 730 at night
