Running race (steeple) 11:33 [3] 3.0 km (3:51 / km) vdot: 50.0

~45 sec pb from two weeks ago. No water jump at enfield but the track is grass so should be pretty comparible to a proper track race.

also did 1000m relay where i did the 400m leg.All the other teams were sprinters so we finished last. So much fun though as we created our own war-cry

not commited tonight as sore from yesterday's block starts and steeple. I think the heat is having an effect too! Still, it was good to catch up with Jenny again and get excited about Bendigo!

42 degrees today...training with the oval sprinklers on!
warm up (quite unenthusiastic), drills, run throughs, block starts x 12 (for strength training apparently), 8 x 100m with 100m float, sprintler walk, 4 x 100m with 100m float, steeple practise jumps, cool down
