Such a nice run with Anton around Totness and Hahndorf. This was followed by Dry Needling and cupping course - the perfect recovery. Appreciated his willingness to get up early for running company on his one sleep in day...and i think he may even be becoming a morning person. hurrah.

Now to win the next blackberry fight.

Tired and super sweaty so took it easy. They have a virtual trainer now.

Work is great but finishing at 9pm 2 days and starting at 7:30/8 the other 3 is somewhat terrible.
