A few miles, felt drained and bonky, but a bit better after the first 1.5mi or so. Was supposed to do 30 minutes yesterday, but life got in the way, mostly in a good way, but I still missed the few miles. Good to get out, and realize my body's likely a-okay after Algonquin on Sat.
Forgot my watch, so used the Strava app on my phone. Pretty darned good!

Just realized Strava's GPX export included the not-moving time, while I was in Wawa getting a sandwich. Chopped! That's better.
