Note

Well, I think my eyes will be alright. Crazy how hughmac3 and I were just talking about glasses last weekend on the way home in the car. I'm going to order some tomorrow.

Turns out I didn't do as poorly as I'd thought, even with something like 10 minutes of mistakes (~4 on #1!!). Should have been under 11min/k, but I'm just glad I'm not wearing an eye patch right now. ;)

The course was really hard physically. There's way too much rock for 11 to 15 to be done safely at any speed. Even walking was dangerous! #20 was where I poked both eyes (right one pretty badly) ... too dense to be in there.

I hope no one got hurt (particularly in the rocks), I was gone pretty early.

Otherwise pretty fun. I liked the re-use of several controls, and most of the terrain in the southern half was challenging and interesting. The veg and trails definitely need a redo, particularly the trails. That's what got me on #1. Detailed breakdown tomorrow.

Wow, that was hard. I was sloppy. Course was rocky. Sticks in both eyes (#20). Ankles worked over (#15). Analysis when RouteGadget's up!
