Good to get back on the trail for a few miles. Nice day, too many dogs out. Got cold when the sun went in, and calf said 'that's enough'.

Calf is good enough to run on without making it worse, I think, so did a few laps at the field. Cool but sunny, not bad.

Juliet's got the tummy thing, and I think I'm flirting with it ... bit of fever last night, and feel a bit crummy today. Hope I don't the the full-blown thing, as it's pretty terrible.

Not quite ready for prime time. Tried running with compression sleeves on my calves (thanks, hughmac3), but it remains twingy. Don't think I did any damage, and the sleeve feels good when not running. Hope I didn't set myself back ... again.

Note

Need to be patient with the calf. All that works is rest, I know that, but I want to 'do something'. The rest of my body is raring to go.

I suppose some more core is in order. Bleh.
