I thought I was almost healed yesterday, then while clomping down the steps at 5am (kids), ouch. Feels like I just set myself back pretty dramatically. Definitely can't race as it stands now, so I'm getting worried that I'm going to have to scratch next weekend!

Compression sleeve on, like it should have been for the last week.

Some extremely easy grass laps in the beautiful, beautiful sun. Lovely breeze.

Calf not better, but this easy effort left it no worse, which is good news.
