Stunning day! Come on fall!

Hip, groin, and foot pain (a bit weird, that) shut me down 3 mi shorter than planned, but an a-okay run anyway. Working on sticking in Zone 2 as much as possible ... kind of fun for a while, then tiring.

New headphones were awesome! Hussar MagicBuds 2, with 12 hours of listening time. IPX7, which is great, and (most importantly) they sound sweet.

Nice day out there.

Working on some new theories ... so Tempo Thursday it is! Used my HR monitor for the first time in a while for a tempo, and it was good verification that I am indeed slow. ;) So the speed work should really be useful.

Need a slightly faster BPM (95?) playlist for my phone, too.

Just a stretch-em-out ... working at home on the first day of school, in case of blow ups. :) Tested my new Leki Trail Pro poles, too. Ohhh, so sweet.
