First snow of the year today ... nice run in 4" or so. I love running in snow! The last mile on the field was tough, though.

Didn't get to run at lunch, so did the ol' Swat Loop around town, plus some strides on Cunningham Field. Shouldn't have eaten quite as much bolognese beforehand. Blerk. Good ultra training, though. Eat N Run!
