New shoes felt great ... I tripped 3 times, though, even though they're the same exact shoes I've been running with for a while now. Something about the newness.

Forgot to connect my HR till > halfway. Ah well.

Warm & muggy, but not ridiculous. Good summer training. Negative splits on the 3 laps (~40s faster per lap), huzzah.
