Jogged the flats and most ups, walked the steeper downs. Great to get on the other side of the creek. Not a soul in sight, spring is springing! Humidity spiking.
Feet felt really good, better than expected. Don't want to overdo things, but there's an innertube to lose by end of May for STU. Need to cut back on beer and late night snax.
Not running Hyner. No training. A bit bummed, but not too bad. Someone else will get a bib, so good on me. I was going to go up and cheer on my coach and some friends, but it's a drive, and feel like I'd be wasting 'family points'. ;)
