Saturday Jun 15

Orienteering 1:38:00 [3] 6.2 km (15:48 / km)
spiked:1/16c slept:2.0
Local meet at Pawtuckaway. I haven't been doing any training least of all on a map, so needless to say, my navigational skills were lacking! No sleep or food didn't help the situation either. It was pouring rain and very slippery, but alltogether a lot of fun

Monday Jun 10

Running 30:00 [3] 3.5 mi (8:34 / mi)
ahr:160 max:180
Short "easy" run with Tora, again, for lack of training, I did pretty well, especially after a long day of construction work!

Saturday Jun 8

Hiking 3:00:00 [1] 9.0 mi (20:00 / mi)
Hike up Mt Mooselauke, it's a 4000footer in NH, beautiful mountain, my new favorite! For not doing any training, I felt real good, reinforcing my belief that I don't need to train (not good)

Saturday Jun 1

Mtn Biking 3:00:00 [1]
Just a little jaunt with mom
