Running 1:06:00 [3]
ahr:152 max:169
Went running to Walker, through, around (and around and around) and back. Takes 10 mins to get there and back. Saw a few mtn bikers (wished I had my bike rather than running!) But I'm getting to know the trails better, though apparently there is even more forest and trails across the road, through a gravel quarry?? cool. someday I'll find them.

Saturday Sep 27

Road biking 1:45:00 [3] 50 km (2:06 / km)
road ride with Sandra around Durham/Barrrington/Lee. Appreciating riding with someone, rather than riding alone like I have been. It makes time and distance go much faster!

Wednesday Sep 24

Mtn Biking 1:00:00 [3]
Went mtn biking at Walker State forest/behind the hospital, got lost on the exact same trail from yesterday, plus found some new ones...but again...it got dark on me.
Scared up some deer, though!

Tuesday Sep 23

Running 1:19:00 [2]
ahr:146 max:171
I'm going to try this out...now that I have reliable internet access every day... So I went for a run....found some trails behind where I now live....and got lost. yea, believe it or not, I got lost on this tiny piece of forested land. I couldn't get off thsi one trail! It just kept looping around! And it was getting dark....and rainy....so scared...

Sunday Sep 21

Road biking 3:00:00 [3]
Spent most of Sunday cleaning the darn thing, then went for a ride on it. About 3 hrs easy, scenic, towards Hopkinton. My watch died though, so I'm not sure..

Saturday Sep 20

Orienteering 1:30:00 [3] 6.8 km (13:14 / km)
Fort Rock meet. This place can be pretty tricky...or just slow. Though I did make some decent errors on a few controls.
Mtn Biking 1:30:00 [3]
Picked up controls at Fort Rock, the northeast (or NH) mecca for Mtn Biking...what a joke. besides having to wear a bag for the controls and have my hand full of map to see where I was going, I didn't have a rear brake and fell a lot. I think I ended up walking the thing most of the way! Coming out of the woods with waaay more scratches, bumps and bruises than when I went orienteering.
