| Hike/Run with the family up Mt Wonalancet and some other in the Chocorua range. Started snowing hard, blowing horizontaly, and of course we had gotten started at around 2:30pm so after two hours, it was getting kinda dark! Made for an exciting run down the mountain! (and a number of diggers!) |

| Mtn biking with mom at Walker. We found some old quarrys, huge piles of big granite blocks, pretty sweet! |

| Run with Sandra! East and West Foss Farm loop. I can feel just how out of shape I am. Feeling lack of sleep and non-alcoholic liquid. |

| Short run with my NEW SHOES!!!!! Just around Concord in the dark, I just had to test 'em out. (they work well) |
Saturday Nov 15 |

| The Gyro in Plymouth with Nick. Frozen mud with lots of slick fallen leaves made for an exciting ride. This place is sweet. |
 | Mtn Biking 1:30:00 [4] | |

| Mt Livermore loop in Holderness with Nick. Now this was probably a bad idea. Ended up hiking the bike up most of the mountain....but the switchbacks down were awesome! Especially with the brakes frozen most of the way. Gorgeous view of Squam Lake from the top, and nice and warm in the sun, phew, my toes were going numb. |
Sunday Nov 9 |
 | Orienteering 1:10:00 [3] 6.7 km (10:27 / km) | |

| College Woods meet that Ernst put on. Ran with Sandra for "training", but mostly for fun. We traded off every other leg to lead in the freezing cold weather and surprisingly green forest (for not having any leaves on the trees!) We were GOING to go for a bike ride, but it was WAY too cold for that. |

| Finally got my ass out and into the gym...Blah. Running on treadmills sucks, and I need to get some headphones so I can hear what they are saying on all those TV's. But I figure there is no other way I'm getting out after work to do anything, so I might as well give this a try. It wasn't TOO bad. |
 | Weights 50:00 [2] | |
| |
| Lifted some weights, felt real awkward in a gym that I've never been in before, with machines taht I've never seen in my life...I don't know that I can handle this....and it's really boring with no one you know there. |
Sunday Nov 2 |
 | Mtn Biking 2:45:00 [2] | |

| Sweet sweet ride with Mom in Plymouth at a place called "The Gyro". Flat as a pancake, being in a floodzone of the Pemigewasett River, but with ridiculously narrow, winding singletrack, tight turns, and a few steep dips and NO ROCKS! Unfortunately it was drizzling rain all day so the wet leaves on the trail made for slick riding, but we got used to it after a while and were able to zip around this little forest a few times, though we didn't find the namesake trail until the near end of the ride, it was hidden under bunches of brush that were swept in with the last flooding! |

| Short-ish mtn ride in those same woods behind the hospital. Absolutely gorgeous day! |
 | Running 15:00 [4] | |

| Watching Greta's State XC meet. This is a lot of work. It's like running little sprints. Derryfield Park in Manchester has one wicked hill. |
