Kristoffer and I went running on Burnt Mtn map in Hanover. Pouring rain that stopped JUST when we got out of the car....sweet.

Run/hike in the Ossipee's at the Castle in the Clouds near Sandwich with Mom, Dad and Kristoffer. Beautiful fall day.

swimming, tried to use my legs more this time, much more of a workout.

Went running around in the woods with Kristoffer, rustling up hunters here and there. Probably startled them quite a bit when two people come dashing into their clearing out of nowhere at 4:30 at night. hah.

easy warmup on a stupid treadmill--I had to do something!

Swimming. I asked the club swim coach for some pointers on flip turns. so that's at least something to work on so I don't get so damn bored in there.

Weights for a bit, mostly legs/core, 'cause I went swimming after this. The gym's not soo bad, I guess.

More swimming, back was a little sore.

Finally got my butt to the gym. It's too dark to go running and I hate running on treadmills, so I went swimming for a bit. It felt so good to glide through the water. And now my back is sore so it must've been a decent workout. I think I'l go back tonight.

College Woods, Durham, NH
Felt really really good to finally get out in the woods and stretch my legs. I haven't had any time to train recently and it's starting to get on my nerves.
I had a few errors on about 5 of 23 controls, losing maybe 8 mins total, and then my necklace got caught on a branch and ripped off and I had to spend maybe 5 mins looking for that. But I found it. Great course set by Ernst, even went to places in College woods that I don[t think I've been to before-amazing!

Kristoffer and I went for a walk in the woods for a few hours. His ankle isn't getting any better, but we were both itching to do something!
