Saturday Jan 31

Running 40:00 [3]
Ran Long Roselawn with Sandra. Felt sooooo good to get outside. It was a beautiful day out and I hadn't done anything athletic all week, it was great. A few crunches afterwards too

Sunday Jan 25

Classic Skiing 1:40:00 [3]
Bretton Woods with Nick and Sandra. Attempting to teach Nick to skate but it was extremely cold and skis were having a hard time gliding - they might've even had yellow on in these -20 deg. temps! I'd say it was a classic day.

Saturday Jan 24

Treadmill (yoga, stairs, row, bike) 1:00:00 [2]
Went to the gym with Sandra for my first ever yoga class. Then instead of running outside in subzero temps, we worked out inside on the stupid stairmaster, the rowing machine and the silly stationary bike.
I hate the gym
Skate Skiing 30:00 [2] 6 km (5:00 / km)
Finally found the ski trails in Concord, went looking for them yesterday with a dinky little headlamp that did nothing for me. But I tried them out today, they're not bad....though we could certainly use a couple more *meters*! of snow!!! Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Skiing around a cornfield, lap after lap after lap, getting skis caught on corn stalks isn't cool.

Sunday Jan 18

Alpine skiing 45:00 [2]
Alpine Skiing at Cannon. Thank you Cannon Mtn for not checking tickets that late in the day! Poached three runs before they shut the lifts down for the night. (Stupid holiday weekends with mad expensive ticket prices!)

Saturday Jan 17

Hiking 2:00:00 [2] 5.0 mi (24:00 / mi)
Hike up Mt. Israel, behind my home-home (in Sandwich) and then up to Beede Falls to play around on the ice there. Unfortunately it was incredibly warm and the ice was thin, but the weather made for a nice nap up on the mountain!

Tuesday Jan 13

Alpine skiing 2:00:00 [1]
Alpine skiing at Gunstock with Tora and some guys from work. Really really freakin' cold!!! When we left it was about -12deg. F at the base....and that's not counting the 30+mph winds!

Saturday Jan 10

Skate Skiing 1:30:00 [2]
Went up to Rumford, ME to watch a JOQ race that Greta in. Skied around there a bit watching the race, chit chattin' with the ol' UNH ski team, gettin' autographs from Carl Swenson...woohoo. Nice sunny day but really freakin' cold!

Tuesday Jan 6

Alpine skiing 4:00:00 [1]
Night skiing after work at Pats Peak. Small little place but with good decent terrain. New skis rip, too. I love them!

Sunday Jan 4

Orienteering 1:30:00 [2]
Memory-O that the Fredrickson's put together in Harriman. Good job guys, that was a lot harder than I would have thought!
