Running 1:03:00 [3]
Went for a nice easy run around the block (7 mi). It was a beautifully chilly but sunny day. Warm in the sun, but really freezing cold in the windy shade!
This is the longest run I've been on in a while and I felt pretty good. Granted, I was running very slow, but my knees and hips and toe didn't give me too much trouble. Man, I sound like I'm getting old.

Another run around the lake. Beautiful weather, 40 degrees and balmy. I should have run in a t-shirt and shorts, just 'cause I could!

A few abs and pushups before I left for the game

Another miserable loss, 2-6. Without our two star players we didn't have much hope. But I got to run around a lot, and even play forward for a bit!

Another beautifully chilly and starry night run around the lake. The moon wasn't up this time so I needed my headlamp, but still only one car passed. It was freezing cold, with lots of drifts at the northeast end of the lake and I actually contemplated turning around and going home, but I just ran faster instead.
