Run/Hike 55:00 [3]
Took Loki on a run/hike up Black Mtn, via the back side trail ( more runable than the steeper front side). 35 mins up, 18down with some running along the ridge on top.

Beautiful day, sunny and warm, 55 deg...still can't believe it's january. wtf. And to think we were skiing last weekend.

Soccer 50:00 [4]
Soccer game, we won both due to the other team's forfeit (not enough players so they had one guy from another team (which is illegal)) and on our own, 7-6 against one of the better teams in the league.

Still feeling tired though, dragging a bit. Legs feel quite fatigued today (Thurs.) Not sleeping well and still recovering from the weekend perhaps.

Run/Hike 2:00:00 [3]
Group hike up Black Mountain with everyone that stayed at the house over the weekend. The weather was pretty crappy, being foggy, drizzly and generally gross, but the hike was a lot of fun regardless. Slow going, running ahead, then waiting for the other half of the group to catch up, then run again, then wait. The weather on top was about Mt. Washington conditions on a normal day...so, gale force winds, gusts up to 50mph and blowing sleet, rocks were a bit iced over and footing was slick. Loki, poor guy, had his little rubber booties on and was having a "good" time getting over the icy rocks. He had fun slipping and sliding on the way down though (as did we!!)

A good New Years adventure...
