recovery run in QE park. felt like had been long 90+ at end so prob still glyc depleted from races. hrv back up to 82 after easy day at long, dropped to 77 next day after this 'recovery' long run ie maybe= a long run

middle distance race, pleased to get around with minimal mistakes not too much walking on steep sections. hrv was 77 in morning so sprint hadn't taken too much out.

nats sprint m45. didn't register SI properly on two of the last controls, otherwise clean but for the hardest control - slow in and went out 90degrees so looped around building lost 30secs maybe.
HRV was 84 in morning so pretty fresh and had long warmdown collecting controls with Ross

warmup around 1km warmdown collecting controls with Ross 34mins. Stretching and warmdown did the trick for middle prepnext day

Foolishly played lunchtime soccer, lots of bursts (34) around sub threshold and threshold but paid the price when charging in for a shot to get slide tackled by someone literally twice my weight. Ice going overtime and hopefully just a bruise and not a fracture.
