| Orienteering Event, Lång dm, Undal. Sort of bad race navagationally, physically, pschologically and re-hydrationally. The last one may be the most important - missing two opportunities for liquid out of three killed me. I think I'm going to start running these kind of races with a sports drink belt. Then again, the organisers hadn't exactly placed the drinks stations in the most ideal places. WT: Johan Höj ~83min. |
