from bottom field by cricket pitch up the side of the ride to trigpoint, then recovery back along the ridge and cutting down to start.

| was just after high tide so beach was wet.
home, along beach, down stanley road to red rocks, along beach/dunes to west kirby. round marine lake to far side and back same way.
ran hard all the way there and slightly easier home - turned at 25min
took Rannebergen map and visualised all legs from long-o i planned for last week. |
