Running 25:00 [3]

the first treadmill test. was weird at first because I'd never used a treadmill before. dont know if they knew that...
was running at 11km/hr to start with, for 3 minutes at a time. between each effort had minute of blood stealing then they put the speed up by 1km/hr for the next one. think I got up to 19...just...?
they were using this test to see at what level my lactate levels rocketed to get a base for the maximal test. I think.
Running 7:00 [5]
shoes: Asics GT-2120
maximum lactate threashold thingymajig
starting on 16km/hr and increasing the incline by 1degree every minute with no stops. I had already tired myself out on the first test so wasn't looking forward to this and by the time I got to 7degrees my quads felt like they were on fire and I didn't want to carry on. It was a psychological battle though...I hate giving up yet I'm a sucker for pain...

have to wait for most results but found out today that m VO2max = 69.2
Running 30:00 [2]
ahr:123 max:160 shoes: Asics GT-2120
home to Union for ShUOC meeting before testing.

Candyman's house - home with my Gymstick thing

home to Tesco via card shop
Running 24:00 [1]
ahr:136 max:157 shoes: Asics GT-2120
run to Rhys's house and back to get some free top-age

45/15s as usual. felt so hard today. I felt unfitter than I ever have at circuits. felt more unfit than farrington, but i know that wasn't the case from looking at him. still, no conselation there
was mentally dead from my day too...
had muchos banter with Bridge, Nic and Flash so was all good
Running 15:00 [2]

jog around room at end then jog back home with nic and all my bags. joy
