| after 9 hours of travelling, needed to get out for a run to losen my legs. didnt fancy getting in terrain today, thought my be at more risk for my ankle if I was already tired...so went for a run without strapping it.
felt good, was only planning on going steady but after about 10mins realised my HR was pretty high and I felt good so just maintained the pace. up to Skatas, north into suburbs, along and back down to Harlanda Tjarn, down and over Svarttjarn then took the wiggly, hilly path thats parralel to the main track. reet down to stora delsjon, back up the main track towards skatas, did intervals warm-up loop in reverse to finish, cutting over open hill back down to huts. quite happy, first proper run in 2 weeks and I felt great, bring on the next 10 days | ||

| phew. finally finished my last exam. went terribly but i couldnt care less any more.
run to wil's house before alco, he wasnt there, ran to bolehill park. I didnt fancy doing the alco cos i felt like chundering already. definitely was not drunk by 1pm. did ingrids running for her while she drank and then ran home ankle felt pretty good. swelling has gone. still feels a bit tender but the most annoying thing i have now is a huge lump of scar tissue on the top of my foot by my ankle from a barb-wire fence at fcc final :( | ||

may try to do some form of anger management after my exam, but not being able to run hard may reduce the chances of this...swimming is poo....so maybe some more ultimate frisbee down int botanical gardens... | ||

| another good game, more people so bit tougher in my opinion. still did plenty more running around than anyone else. ankle didn't seem to mind it either...
started out as 5 a side, which halfway through decreased to 5 on 4, my team being the worse off, but we still came out of it with a 12-5 victory. nice :) | ||

the last circuits til october....poor show not to see any of these elites turn up. were only 7 of us. anywho, tried to work as hard as I could, took my shoes off so my ankle wasn't hurting and it was fine for all of it apart from one lunge when it twinged. did blind balancing instead of a few of the jumpy exercises. Tetty kicked my ass on press ups :o( ankle feels bit sore now. its still quite big... :o( | ||
