Great track. Thorughly enjoyable, confirmed my new love of anything MTB
Turner Hill, 18km.
Slippy, dry loose scree/pea gravel. Ok track.

Leg fairing well considering yesterday quite spent from Tri. ?skins?nutrition working well?body conditioned for MTB not running anymore.

Great ride, the last with the crew all together.
Beer in Dwells after. Good buch of people, will be missed.

Triathlon race 2:20:12 [3]
Meelup Tri.
They didn't lie about the hills.
Swim was through moderate surf, a bit disheartening, took away from rythm.
Bike OK, Eagle Bay constant incline, big descent before Meelup Beach. Moderate work.
Run, hotter over bichuman, haven't run in weeks (last Tri) Susan overtook before halfway. Plodding along, no real pace. Need to work on run ++.
Water - 2x Bottles on bike, 1x on Run. nutrition OK.
Hot, hot, after.
