ok ride with Mark, not the best of pace. He wasn't too impressed, me either. The normal hills. I think I need new legs.

Day / Night laps with Nic.
got caught without lights for the end of the first lap, riding the last trail of the 6hr in darkness, slid out a couple of times. Fun
Night cruising, jumped drop off. getting there. had a couple of good stacks, esp with a log over pulled apart by poxy kids, lost the bike under me and face planted the landing. lucky not to smash my teeth out, from where Nic was she said it was a pretty good dismount. Only one 50c size bruise. Then stacked it twice after then too. Hyperextended my thumb. Felt like I was just starting out again.
Good final ride of Jarrah.
(addit: Pete did lonely laps on Friday night instead of Thurs. Poor guy.)

Did a few half laps of Marrinup before they got in.
S was sookin, long hot Mundi ride to Turners. Small lap of Turners and better return trip home.
Nice swim at Oakley dam.
Very homesick for some reason.

Anzac hil... what else can you say. I did OK, sat in the right gears, no dramas with the legs etc. Funnily had a cheer squad from the pinchy corner right ot the top! The ASCC crew was at the corner, Steve from ED, Alice MTB crew, Stewie, quaters crew, Ngais & Ove, and randoms from town were placed all along the road - I had to laugh.
Took the hill OK. Did what I could. I'm not a sprinter.
