Plodding along, couple of sprints.
Nice run. Beautiful sunset.
A good place to be.

Friday May 2

Cycle 20:00 [3]
Stacked it on the way to Coreys.
Stupidly taking both bikes to the shop at the same time, stacked it on the road badly, claret everywhere, they thought it was funny, so did work crew... 3 stiches later.
Will be a cool scar when it heals up.
Funny thing is it was the Avanti's maiden voyage too! I've never needed stiched from a bike stack before. This bike may be posessed. I am going to be extra careful on it now.

Hungover after Bo's last night.
Took Ads out to see Greenie and Emily's.
Bit chicken at the beginning, legs weren't working well.
Good ride, plugging through by the end of it.
SICK at work after.

As usual, RPM kicks ass.
Going to get to more of these classes, they are all good.

AWESOME race.
Gret race, good nutrition plan. endurolytes need to be more acessible though (5) lost 2. Water was just enough. Only one powerbar shot left, ate snakes after that (3).
Had good legs thru the race. consistant, didn't get tired. Not pushing too hard at the beginning, was feeling better when riding on my own though, too many people make me nervous and make technical mistakes/push too hard.
Happy with result.
