| Ran part of yesterdays route and the western loop of the Cork Marathon.
Haven't ran for ages, when you get into the rythm of it it can be quite enjoyable - with music.
My legs cained whenever I stopped... so i didn;t stop till I got back to town, just got in in time to see the marathon jump.
People were walking from the start??? why even bother if your not going to at least give it a spirited go. I feel for their team mates - they'll be cut off.
Now I am hobbling like an old lady - my legs muscles need to harden the fk up.
Knees and ankles fine. |

| Running again... as there is nothing else to do.
Found a lovely (love-lee) route along the Lee.
Got lost in a paddock nearly got bogged in soft mud and got eyeballed by a pack of horses and I'm suspecting a Farmer hiding in the bushes with a rifle.
Nice run, not too far from town - real Irish scenery.
I like this place.
Would like it better with a bike with two wheels but!!!
First day of Summer... yay!
I met a lovely Irish guy whom I accosted at Shelia's - I could hear his cleats clicking away down the hallway.
Lovely guy, who is doin the penninsulas too, he might leave out the Bearra but I really tried to impress on him that THAT IS THE BEST ONE!!!!
He is doing the ride as a tour/charity.
Good to chat with, hpoe to see hm on the road - when I get going!!
