forest run 1:30:00 [3]

I ran an old ghost town at RIverbend Park. I went slow and easy.
The river was nice looking and only a little bit icy. I think two boats were out, based on the cars in the lot. I don't care how nice the day is, winter is not the time for boating.

Also 30 minutes on the rowing machine.

I also did 30 minutes with the rowing machine.
No ill effects from the local race on Sunday. The big effect was no coke cola on Monday. Therefore when I got home I was too lazy to run, although I did the 30 minutes in the morning with the rower. It seems that a morning row is less intense than an afternoon row, as if I can't produce the same amount of effort. Is this laziness or something else. If it is something else, do morning workouts produce the same fitness level as afternoon workouts?

forest run 1:30:00 [3]

I ran the blue course in the local meet at Greenbelt. Once again the park lived up to its name. Kissy conveniently had knee surgery so she could skip this meet, and Nadim persuadied Max to share a cold with him.
I made several mistakes, but I think this run was a success because I did not swear once, nor did I lose my positive attitude, although the green briars worked hard today to get me to do both.
