17/18 Ranking Event 19, Närkekvartetten day 4 middle, H21E 4.8km (37/39)

I don't know what I was thinking before these races, in some ways I shouldn't have got my hopes up. A lot of the evidence was there, Swedish Champs terrain, long courses and a not so well functioning, tired body.

Lots of positives though, not least that my expectations in terms of the high quality orienteering and the trip in general held up. Even the weather was overall pretty fantastic. The fact that I was technically solid and of course the extensive physical training are also good take-aways.

Time for a rest week now, a good chance to get down on the floor and try and sort this left leg out (quite bad on day 1, better days 2-4).
