shoes: inov-8 oroc 280 red - 1st pair
Söders middle distance club champs. I came 5th, Alex won in 33mins.
Knee/left-side ok like yesterday but whilst the knee seems also ok after running the left-side does not and from groin to glute feels painful and strange.
