Another test without naproxen today. To start with the knee was a bit uncomfortable but soon settled, ankle fine. Towards the end however both started to complain. The good news is that there were no LH-side problems, at any time. All quite positive really considering the high-level of effort.

Pushed hard and took 1:40 off from last week's time which itself was nearly 5 minutes quicker than anything before it post-accident. Such times are (at a push) comparable with Winter 2017/18...

Date, Time, AHR, MHR, Weight
05/11/19 42:30 156 170 89.8
11/11/17 45:35 159 170 82.8

It's a little difficult, sometimes I wish I was the sort of person that ran a 5km park run every Saturday. Time adjusted because it is 350m longer now, weight adjusted because I used to get on the scales after breakie, now b4 exercise. No idea what to do with the ahr but sure it's high in 2017 because I wasn't training regularly at the time - only 8 hours in Oct 2017 compared to 15 this year.

Good enough for a rough idea however, I'm obviously not in bad shape but too heavy for sure.
