Upton Park Run - that's 2 years in a row! It seems I was in slightly better shape this year thankfully although nowhere near to the form I expected to be in by now.
Body working well the first 3km with no pain. At the 3km point started to feel less coordinated in the left leg and then glute pain followed by knee pain shortly after that. All in all I don't think that was too bad considering I was running fairly hard.
