Summer Series Event Ingarö (12/28)

The last Summer event of the season is always here, alternating between two fairly tough areas (for Stockholm). We usually go to this one, take whatever kids are available and spend some time on the award winning beaches, BBQ, swim etc.

This year it was on the Eastern, proper coastal terrain and I usually don't finish the long course for one reason or another. Managed it today although 3 controls were taken out for some reason.

Felt ok, a little tired. Back working better than on Thursday in Ågesta, ankle fine also. There was a fair amount of track running today - hard to plan a course on this area but I feel that they didn't do as well as usual.
