Warmed up well over the first 20-25 minutes, increased the effort throughout the entire session. A great second lap, best so far on this route (even under 10mins/km coming back!). Much cooler compared to my best times in the Summer however and no doubt benefitted from the recent 'adjustments'.
Some complaints from the left knee for the first time in a while. Fairly obvious how it got so bad in the first place I guess, lots of hill training without the required peripheral work to go with it.
Great to have used a different pair of shoes for the last 4 sessions! Rotation is the future.
